2. Can I ride smoothly without power?
Yes. Feels like a traditional bicycle when off.
3. How long is the warranty?
24 months on the whole ebike (excluding consumable parts). See Warranty Policy for more info.
4. What certifications does it have? Is it compliant with UK regulations?
EN15194，UN38.3 and MSDS. Battery meets EU standard.

5. Can I install a child seat? a bike trailer?
Yes. For child seat, consider brands like Bobike, Thule, and OGK; its installation requires a rear rack, which can be purchased on our website. Child’s weight ≤ 25kg.
Trailer compatibility: 11.8mm motor axle fits a 12.5-13mm hitch hole (≤5mm thick). For satety, ensure trailer wheel diameter < bike’s.
7. Is there a throttle?
No.
